Return Policy

At Inducare Pharma, we aim to provide top-quality Ayurvedic products. If you’re not satisfied, we offer an easy return policy under specific conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns
   Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
   Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
   Health supplements, opened personal care items, or medicines are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

   Provide order ID, reason for return, and images if necessary.
   A pickup will be scheduled if eligible.

3. Approval & Rejection
   After inspection, approved returns will be refunded or exchanged.
   Returns not meeting conditions will be rejected and shipped back.

4. Return Shipping
   If the error is ours (wrong or damaged product), we bear the shipping cost.
   For other reasons, the buyer bears the return shipping cost.
