Inducare Ksharsutra Product Information
Inducare’s KsharsutraÂ
- Product Name (Generic): ksharsutraÂ
Mediated thread for external application during a para-surgical procedureÂ
1. Bhagandara (Fistula-in-ano):
Fistula-in-ano is a chronic condition involving a pus-draining tract between the anal canal and perianal skin. Conventional surgery (fistulectomy or fistulotomy) often leads to sphincter damage and recurrence.
Inducare Ksharsutra is primarily indicated in fistula-in-ano, where it facilitates both the cutting and healing of the fistulous tract through chemical cauterization.Â
The Ksharsutra gradually traverses the tract, promoting tissue sloughing while preventing the recurrence of infection.
Apamarga Kshar – acts as a potent cauterizing and tract-debriding agent,Â
Snuhi Kshir (Euphorbia neriifolia latex) -induces localized inflammatory action to promote healing, andÂ
Haridra Churna (Turmeric)- serves as a natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agent to support granulation and wound closure.Â
Inducare Ksharsutra speciality is prepared in two standardized strengths (mild & strong) based on tract complexity, you can choose. It offers custom healing with minimal trauma, and its triple-coated formula (Apamarga Kshar, Snuhi Kshir, Haridra) ensures faster, cleaner tract closure while preserving sphincter function.
In non-responsive Grade II/III internal hemorrhoids, patients suffer from bleeding, prolapse, and pain. Surgical hemorrhoidectomy is effective but often painful post-operatively.
Inducare Ksharsutra works by causing controlled cauterization and shrinkage of the pile mass.
Apamarga Kshara- sloughs off the engorged tissue,
Snuhi- acts as a mild irritant to enhance healing, andÂ
Haridra- soothes the inflamed mucosa and prevents secondary infection.Â
This mechanism reduces pain, bleeding, and recurrence.
Chronic fissures develop fibrotic edges, and sentinel tags, and are resistant to conservative treatments like sitz bath, local creams, or dietary fiber.
A small portion of Ksharsutra can be used to gently cauterize the fissure site or remove the sentinel tag without major surgery.
The action of Snuhi Ksheera restarts local inflammatory healing pathways, while Haridra supports mucosal regeneration and protects against infection. The Apamarga Kshara can help in the gentle cauterization of fibrotic edges, thus facilitating clean healing without scar formation.
Chronic sinuses, often post-injection or post-abscess, have narrow tracts that are difficult to clean and prone to recurrence.
In this Inducare Ksharsutra helps by progressively cleaning and closing the tract. Apamarga Kshar removes dead tissue and aids tract obliteration, Haridra ensures antiseptic action, and Snuhi maintains sufficient local response for continuous healing.
Some patients report recurrence of fistula or hemorrhoids after surgery, due to incomplete tract removal or weak healing.
Ksharsutra offers a minimally invasive solution. The synergistic effect of its components ensures complete tract resolution and restoration of local tissue health. This approach is especially useful in patients seeking recurrence-free outcomes.
